Refund Policy

When refunds apply

Never published: Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment if your invitation has never been published. Payment does not publish an invitation. Publishing and later unpublishing does not restore this option.

Billing errors: Duplicate charges are refunded in full. We correct incorrect charges, refunding the amount charged in error.

Service failure: If we cannot provide the publishing access you purchased, we refund the full payment. These billing and service remedies, and any applicable statutory rights, are not limited by the 14-day period or publication status.

After publishing: Ordinary change-of-mind refunds are unavailable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Request and payment

Email support@occaya.com with your account email, order reference, invitation address or name, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full card numbers. We may verify payment and publication records. Refunds go to the original payment method where available; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
